Mike Kaspari28 March 2024I just wanted to thank Samir our driver for picking us up at the airport at 2:00 am which was 2 hours later due to airline delays. Everyone in office has been great working with helpful in letting Samir know about our delay. I definitely will be using your service when needed thanks again. It’s been a year since I used golden west services and again they came through with flying colors.Rasheed our first driver called the day before to confirm our pick up time and arrived 15 minutes early which was great getting us to the airport in time. Anouar our second driver texted me earlier in the day asking for flight number and for pick up time and I proceeded to tell him. Needless to say our flight was delayed but I texted Anouar and he promptly responded saying no problem. Once arriving at airport I told him we were picking up luggage and heading to pick up spot where he was waiting. So thanks golden west I definitely appreciate your prompt service and will use in the future.
